Clearsping adds organic three-fruit recipes to popular purées range
UK-based organic fine foods brand Clearspring has added three new three-fruit recipes to its organic purée range: Apple Banana Strawberry, Apple Mango Coconut and Pear Apple Peach.
The new trio of fruit purées build on the success of Clearspring’s existing Organic Fruit Purée offering, which comes in a selection of single fruit and two-fruit blend varieties. The three new additions are a carefully curated combination of three refreshing organic fruits in each pot.

Viridian’s menopause campaign highlights health stores as a key resource
A new menopause campaign from Viridian Nutrition highlights the importance of health stores in providing diet and lifestyle expertise.
Launched to coincide with Menopause Awareness Month in October, ‘Manage Your Menopause, You’ve Got This’, aims to enable women to take control of their menopause and get the support they need to thrive during this life stage.

Solabia-Algatech Launches astaxanthin gummies with Vitamin C
Israel-headquartered Solabia-Algatech has unveiled its astaxanthin whole algae complex, AstaPure Arava in a new gummy format as it broadens its portfolio of astaxanthin-based products. The company will introduce the new delivery system at SupplySide West, Las Vegas next month.
The microalgae cultivators offer an innovative, vegan, pectin-based food supplement in a move to offer a new more flavoursome medium for delivering its flagship astaxanthin ingredient drawn from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis. This comes a year after the company launched itsready-to-mix AstaPure powder concept mainly targeting premix formulations for smoothies.
The plant-based gummies are currently available as a cherry flavoured chewy treat. Each gummy houses 4 mg of the whole astaxanthin algae complex and 50 mg vitamin C and contains no preservatives or synthetic colors. One to two gummies per day can deliver the recommended daily dose of the two antioxidants.
