Nutrition and supplement brand DR. VEGAN, is to be the Official Supplement Partner for Forest Green Rovers for the 2023/24 season.
As part of the sponsorship, players will receive DR.VEGAN’s Informed-Sport certified supplements, including Bone & Muscle Support, to support performance, health and wellbeing on and off the pitch.
Based in Gloucestershire, Forest Green Rovers is a professional team in EFL League Two. FGR was recognised by the United Nations as the world’s first carbon-neutral football club and have been described by FIFA as the ‘greenest team in the world.’
A proudly vegan club, FGR is a leader in promoting the health benefits of a plant-based diet to athletes and fans alike whilst also remaining welcoming and inclusive of players and fans of all diets. This, says DR.VEGAN, aligns with its own inclusivity ethics and aim to inspire and educate people of all diets. For example, while all of the brands products are vegan, plant-based supplements, some 90% of its customers are not vegan.
