Momo Kombucha - Watermelon - Small Res - 16

London-based MOMO Kombucha has launched a new Watermelon Kombucha in collaboration with fruit and veg supplier Natoora, which will be on sale throughout the summer.

The blend of MOMO’s unfiltered kombucha with Sentinel Watermelon – which is grown grown by Oscar Zerbinati in Mantua, Italy – offers what the brands describes as “a sweet, fruity flavour balanced by the classic zingy tones of kombucha”.

MOMO Kombucha is brewed using high quality ingredients – including a blend of teas and slow pressed juice – in glass jars and in small batches. The liquid is completely unfiltered to offer the maximum health impact.

“We are so grateful to have partnered with Natoora and to have been able to combine Zerbinati’s expertly grown watermelons with our kombucha,” comments MOMO Kombucha founder Josh Puddle. “I wasn’t sure the flavour would cut through the kombucha, but it really does and has totally surpassed our expectations – all credit to our head brewer Matt Canham. We’re also happy to be supporting Natoora’s Farm Fund through this partnership, a fantastic organization supporting young farmers committed to agroecological methods.”

Natoora says its goal “is to create a more meaningful and responsible food system that preserves seed varieties, growing techniques and flavours that are ‘threatened by modern industrial farming and supermarket culture”.
