With the global probiotic skincare market predicted to reach $274.5 million by 2026 (Stratview Research), Dr. Organic’s forthcoming Skin Calm Probiotic collection is bang on trend.
Created to make science-backed, probiotic formulas accessible for all, the no-added-perfume COSMOS-certified organic skincare line is designed to calm, soothe and nourish dry, stressed and problem skin, while rebalancing the skin’s microbiome.
Each SKU contains a probiotic complex alongside organic oils such as antioxidant-rich chamomile, anti-inflammatory green tea extracts to nourish and moisturize, and polysaccharide-rich organic aloe vera juice to provide a naturally soothing base to nourish and restore.
Launching in October, the collection comprises:
Probiotic Concentrated Cream – clinically proven to provide up to 24 hours of moisturization, with a deeply nourishing formula containing both a prebiotic and probiotic complex to help naturally restore the skin barrier and protect the microbiome, reducing redness and areas of dry skin.
Probiotic Protection Serum – a dermatologically tested lightweight daily serum infused with a probiotic complex to help rebalance and protect the skin microbiome and restore the skin’s natural barrier, helping protect against the visible effects of environmental pollution while promoting a fresh and hydrated complexion.
Probiotic Cream Cleanser – a gentle, milky cleanser which effectively cleanses without stripping, leaving even dry, stressed skin looking calmer and healthier, effortlessly melting away impurities, pollution and make-up while strengthening skin’s moisture barrier for a nourished, soothed, healthy looking glow.
Probiotic Recovery Mask – formulated to rescue tired, stressed and problem skin with a deeply moisturizing, creamy formula, this face mask works quickly to restore the skin barrier, helping de-stress and freshen sensitive skin prone to redness and revealing healthier looking skin.
Partnering with Dr. Organic on the launch, consultant dermatologist Dr Angela Tewari says: “I believe that the future of skincare includes the innovative use of active ingredients, so I am really pleased to be working with Dr. Organic to launch their new Probiotic range.
“Probiotics are known to help anti-inflammatory concerns and slow down the signs of ageing, and while understanding of their application in treating skin conditions like acne, eczema and rosacea is still evolving, there is significant potential for their role in dermatology. I’m excited to support bringing the Dr. Organic Probiotic range to the UK high street, making innovative skincare more easily accessible to all.”
