Keeping track of what is happening with the sales of your brand in-store on a daily regular basis is a challenge for many companies, but an innovative new reporting system aims to change all that.
Natural Trade Brokers (NTB) is introducing a new IT feature that has been developed by Salesforce programmers in conjunction with the particular reporting requirements of NTB’s clients.
Salesforce Real-Time Reporting is a new reporting system that will offer the opportunity for selected clients to monitor their daily sales in a real-time cloud environment and provide up to the minute detail for all sales made through the UK and Ireland sales teams throughout the independent health retail trade covered by the NTB teams.
NTB managing director, Tom Moses, says: “Our clients have found an increasing need to be able to be kept up to date with daily sales reporting either for their own information or for when sharing with other departments within their organisation. This new service allows us to provide them with up to the minute information rather than waiting for end of month reporting.
“We firmly believe that this is a valuable addition to the brokerage services that we already offer, for clients that need to have immediate access to sales information.”
The new Salesforce Real-Time Sales Reporting will run alongside the NTB’s product audit systems currently in place along, with the innovative in-store ‘product watch’ reporting. The service is only available to current NTB clients, but product audit may be available to prospective clients, subject to review, the company says.
