Hormonal wellness brand Health & Her has launched four new supplements to support women through different life stages.
The new multivitamins offer blends for women’s monthly cycles, those taking hormonal contraception, post-menopausal women aged 55-plus and women taking HRT. They contain a spectrum of vitamins and minerals carefully blended to support daily wellbeing as well as issue-specific nutrients.
“When it comes to multivitamins for women, it’s not one-size-fits-all,” comments Kate Bache, co-founder and CEO of Health & Her. “Every stage of a woman’s life brings its own nutritional requirements. With this in mind, we designed a range of supplements based on research that support the nutrient requirements that can change at different hormonal stages.”
Health & Her Multivitamin for Women with Monthly Natural Cycles provides Iron, magnesium and calcium to support normal health and wellbeing throughout the menstrual cycle. The formula is designed to help with blood clotting and red blood cell formation, hormone regulation, thyroid support and energy levels.
Health & Her Multivitamin for Women Taking Hormonal Contraception provides vitamins B2, B6, B12, C and E, folic acid, magnesium, selenium and zinc. The blend focuses on hormone regulation, thyroid support, blood clotting and formation of red blood cells and tiredness and fatigue.
Health & Her Multivitamin for Women Taking Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a combination of vitamins and minerals including B6, B12 and C, folic acid and zinc to support the nutrient requirements that can change when taking HRT. It specifically addresses hormone regulation, testosterone levels and collagen support.
Formulated to support all women post menopause, when oestrogen levels have declined, Multivitamin Support After Menopause for Women 55+ includes vitamins B6, B12, C and D, selenium, iron, folic acid and calcium. Areas covered include bone mineral density, collagen formation and brain health.
The supplements are all vegetarian and gluten-free with no added preservatives or artificial colours.
