The Health Food Institute (HFI) is this week celebrating the achievements of two Evergreen Health Stores members of staff — Olga O’Mahoney and Cáit Brennan, who have successfully completed their Diploma in Health Food Retailing (Level 2). 

Aideen Hurley, Evergreen‘s co-founder, was on hand to celebrate this milestone with her team – the perfect reflection of the award-winning culture of learning and support that makes Evergreen such a valued retailer and employer. To make the occasion just that little bit more special, Sarah from  Natural Medicine Company presented Olga and Cáit with sumptuous hamper. 

The HFI said was “proud to support brilliant retailers like Evergreen in building the knowledge and confidence that sets the Irish and UK health food sectors”. And it extended thanks to Brid Smyth, Evergreen’s Training Co-ordinator, “whose guidance and support was integral to getting Olga and Cáit across the finish line”.

Evergreen, a family-run health store business seven bricks and mortar outlets in Galway and sells nationally via its popular e-commerce site.
