Minor Figures makes bold push into functional oat drink category

Plant-based drinks innovator Minor Figures has launched a attention-grabbing range of ‘functional’ oat drinks, in what the brand says is a category first.

Called Hyper Oat, the new line comes in four variants – Berry, Matcha, Turmeric, and Mango – blending individual taste profiles and an on-trend adaptogens and nootropics.

Ever so slightly hyperbolically Minor Figures says Hyper Oat is “here to shift your perceptions and provide a glimpse into a future that is irresistible, delicious, and uplifting”. More prosaically, it can be splashed over cereal, blended into smoothies, or enjoyed as it is.

The full line up:

Berry: A light pink drink enriched with protein and calcium, designed to support muscle function

Matcha: This green variant includes zinc and pantothenic acid, promoting cognitive function and appealing to consumers looking for mental clarity.

Turmeric: Featuring baobab and vitamin D, this golden drink supports immune health, reflecting rising consumer interest in gut wellness.

Mango: Rich in B12, aimed at reducing fatigue and catering to active lifestyles.

The new range will be available to independent retailers in May.
